This is a fabulous high mountain China Jade Oolong made in the Tung Ting style. It is one of our all time personal favorites at Strand Tea and highly acclaimed by tea professionals. New leaf and budsets are moderately oxidized and dried with perfect application of heat to bring out delicious buttery notes and wonderful aromas.  Brew the leaves two to three times.
