Organic Tea -ORGANIC NILGIRI TEA

Who said you can never have too much of a good thing? We have a range of gift packs with a selection of three of our very special chai blends. Theyre perfect for gifting, even better to greedily hoard for yourself.

Measure 1 teaspoon of tea for each cup. Bring freshly drawn cold water to just under a gentle boil. Pour water over tea and cover with a lid. Steep the tea for 3-4 minutes, depending on strength desired, and then strain. Nilgiri tea can be enjoyed black or with a spot of milk.

Proper Brewing

This exquisite tea comes from the high altitude region surrounding the Nilgiris or Blue Mountains of Southern India. The landscape, elevation and abundant rainfall of this region give this high grown Nilgiri tea its full flavour and light floral aroma. It makes a sweet and haunting cup.
