Green Mudan tea

Green Mudan Tea (meaning 'peony flower' which is the Chinese flower symbolizing prosperity and wealth.), is also known as a tea rose, a rare and sculpted tea hand crafted by tea artisans in Chinas Fujian province. This very spectacular tea is prepared using long silver tips and young tender leaves which are gathered and sewn together by a silk thread stitch to make a flower which when infused 'blossoms' before your eyes. As it opens up, the tea forms the amazing shape of a flower sending forth a fresh, sweet fragrance. This exceptionally delicate work is only matched by the tea's equally fine green flavor, with a pale green colored liquor with orange glints.
