Wontons and Pot Stickers

The word Wontontaken from the Chinese words for small dumplingis a centuries old food. Marco Polo enjoyed these stuffed wraps on his travels to the Orient back in the 13th century. Pan-fried or steamed, wontons and pot stickers add texture and flavor to a wide range of dishesfrom fresh ravioli to any brothy soup.
