Whey Powder Demineralised 70%

The minerals are removed by a combination of Non-filteration and Ion exchange process. Demineralised whey is condensed in falling film evaporator, quickly crystallized and then spray dried.  During conditions are maintained to minimize damage to the highly nutritious whey proteins.  Typical parameters can also be provided as per customer specifications.

A fresh dairy whey with 70% of the minerals removed.
