This white moulded cheese has been ripened for 10 days, creating its full flavour, a slightly acidic taste with a hint of mushroom. It has a white outside with a soft creamy white centre. Springhills Camembert has a shelf life of 4 weeks. Springhills is available in spring and summer only.
Springhills Camembert is made from 100% pure sheeps milk.
