This product is a smoked salty cheese. The cheese has fibruos structure, which allows to subdivide it into long fibres during eating. It could be sold both as snack with beer and vine , and as a normal food product. Our product has a peculiar taste(unlike cheese), it does not contain any food and colour chemical additives and preservatives. We are using a smoke, which we get at burning wooden sawdust.
