APPLICATION:

use instead of fresh egg yolks. 1 kg of powder is equivalent to about 125 fresh egg yolks. It can be blended with dry flour or prepared by adding lukewarm water in proportion 1:1 and mixing
until it forms a thick pulp. To achieve the best result it should be prepared form 0.5 to 1 hour before use.
