It all began in 1979 with a High Desert Farms family recipe for apple butter. Today, Apple Butter is still a favorite. Our Fruit Butters are made by slowly cooking fruit and apples together until a smooth, thick "butter-like" consistency is achieved. The end result has spoken for itself for more than 29 years
