Way of use: Add to ready-to-eat dishes which require the addition of coconut milk or coconut cream.

One of the basic ingredients of Thai cuisine, used also in desserts and beverages. The creamy liquid is extracted from the grated flesh of fresh, ripe coconuts. It naturally forms two layers if not shaken and thick coconut cream settles on the bottom of the tin.
