Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese

Fantasia Bianca is born out of passion. Our love for the countryside respecting both nature and old traditions - has produced our Bufala Molisana, a line of fresh mozzarella, seasoned and semiseasoned cheese. We take great pride in our unpolluted area and likewise in the antique art of our teachers, and it is through this that today, we are able to produce a cheese of the highest quality. The aim is that of assuring a safe product , by means of a chain of breeding and dairy farms consenting a strict control of the supply of raw materials and that use the most advanced technology in order to arrive directly into the homes of consumers.
