A mechanical milking process is carried twice a day, in a modernized parlor with 32 cows capacity served at one time. The milk flows automatically through clean, (special stainless steel) sterile pipes to a heat exchanger set to maintain milk temperature at4 c before collecting it into insulated tanks to be pumped to the milk plant for filling and processing under a strict hygienic control. The plant is equipped with newly well know international brands for filling machines and subject to periodical maintenances program and updates.
