Powder egg is used as substitute of fresh eggs. 1 kg powder egg substitutes for about 90 fresh eggs or egg powder 1 kg powder egg substitutes for 1 kg egg powder. It can be dry-mixed with flour or combined with lukewarm water in a ratio of 1:3, making thick pulp 30 min 1 hour before use, for better effect. |
