The Gourmet Ice cream Co. has about 60 flavours in its basic stock-on-hand range. It has a recipe list of about 600 individual flavours with many of these having been made to order exclusively for customers as a niche supplier.

Developed from a base of pure
cream, milk egg yolk and sugar, containing no preservatives,
colouring, gums, emulsifiers, or
gelatine, This is the formula the company started with and it remains the basic formula for the manufacture of the companys many ice cream flavours.
