The chicken comes whole and frozen, inside the chicken the only red viscera allowed are: heart, liver and "molleja" contained in a plastic bag, unless other especifications required.

Packaged in boxes of 18 kg. Or custom made.

It is the complete body of the chicken, alter being put to the process, which includes insensibilization, debleeding, scolding,
