Ingredients: cooked beef, Salt, Sugar, Water, Sodium Nitrite.
Serving Suggestions: for sliced or cubed corned beef, chill throughly before cuting. Served cold in sanwiches and salads. To serve hot, use in casseroles or brown slices in lightly greased skillet.
Specifications: 21% protein, 15% Fat, 60% Mistoure, 2, 5% Salt, 1, 5 Sugar. Sodium Nitrite: 50 ppm.
