The ""BILTONG BUDDY"" is made of a rigid PST (Food processing approved plastic/perspex). It works off any 220v or 110v outlet and is completely silent during operation (no fans etc). The HBM comes complete with all accessories, a comprehensive instruction booklet, and even some sample spices to get you going on your first batch!!
It also includes a recipe for home-made boerewors!
