Evisce rated - carcasses from which all the viscuses, head, neck till shoulder joints are removed,
legs till ankle joint are removed, legs till ankle joint or lower, but not lower than 20 mm are removed.
Internal fat of abdominal cavity is not removed.

Packed frozen broiler meat is stored:
At the temperature not higher than -12oC - not longer than 8 months;
At the temperature not higher than -18oC - not longer than 12 months;
At the temperature -25oC and lower - not longer than 14 months.
Nutritive value of 100g of broiler meat:
Protein not less than 16g, fat - not more than 14g.
Energy value of 100g of broiler meat: 190 kcal
