4. STORaGE:
All our Cold Pressed Oils meet U.S.P.specifications for uses in food and drugs. They are widely usedin the manufacturing of juices, drinks and beverages, cakes andcandies, liqueur, cosmetics, soaps, perfumes and pharmaceuticalspecialties.
3. USAGE:
Valid for 24 months if stored attemperatures equal to or below 0C;12 months if stored at room temperature.
2. VALIDITY:
Cold Pressed Oil is extracted from all the citrusfruits processed: Oranges, Tangerines (cravo and murcott), lemon,lime and grapefruit.
Finally, the oilis polished again and drummed. All our Cold Pressed Oilsmeet U.S.P. specifications for uses in food and drugs. They arewidely used in the manufacturing of juices, drinks and beverages,cakes and candies, liqueur, cosmetics, soaps, perfumes andpharmaceutical specialties.
Then the oil issent to tanks where they lay for 03 days at a temperature of -10Cfor cooling and then to another tank where it will decant atambient temperature.
During the extractionprocess (with FMC in-line), the oil sacs are ruptured and the oilis washed out. This oil emulsion is cleaned, centrifuged,concentrated and then the pure oil is winterized. Winterizationis a process to remove the undesirable wax.
