White grape juice concentrate is produced from the concentration of juice obtained from the organic white grapes of the Vinifera variety. The juice is obtained by the pressing of
fresh white grapes free from rot and/or fermentation. The juice is processed to remove skins, seed and other extraneous matter, enzyme clarified and concentrated.
The product will not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act, including the Pesticide Chemical & Food Additive Amendments to such Act. The
processed product contains no residues of any pesticide chemical.
All ingredient components, in-process product, finished product, and food contact packaging are handled in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices. The concentrate is practically free of
foreign matter, off odor, rot, visible mold, insects, and insect fragments.
