The evaporation of by-products from fermentation industries which use cane molasses is called Cane Molasses Soluables (CMS) and from beet molasses is called Vinasse. These products can be derived from the production of alcohol, yeast, citric acid, monosodium glutamate, lysine and other fermentation products.They can be used as an animal feed ingredient and in other industrial products.
