High Test Molasses

All our sugar cane fields are certified organic and no chemical fertilizers or pesticides are used in the agricultural process. We are able to harvest sugar cane all year round, therefore enabling us to provide constant supply to our customers

 No sugar has been extracted from this juice previously and therefore it is not considered a byproduct. Rich in minerals and with little processing, this product is considered very stable and not subject to fermentation or crystallization. Our customers find it cost effective in terms of transportation, duties and storage costs given its high ATR content.

High Test Molasses is a sweet syrup with a high brix content of 80-84% obtained from the concentrated sugar cane raw juice.
