we have available a 50.000 MT tender, split into two shipments of 25k which will not be available for long. The CIF price ( Iraq excluded) is 330 USD per MT. Payment by non transferable RLC. Seller would agree for a 5% non operative PB first subject to the prior receipt of a pre advise from buyers bank. Then operative RLC will activate the PB. If you are serious send me a detailed LOI and updated POF ( e.g. former LC, BCL or authorization soft probe for Safra Bank Brazil).
