Total contract quantity of the Commodity is MT 1.8MMT (ONE MILLION, EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND METRIC TONS) (+/-5%).
The Commodity will be delivered to Any Safe World Port.
The total quantity will be delivered in 12 (twelve) shipments of MT 150,000(hundred and fifty thousand metric tons) (+/- 5%) eaContract Price: USD$ 250.00 (TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY US DOLLARS) per MT, CIF.
Contract Value: USD$ 450,000,000.00 (FORTY HUNDRED AND FIFTY MILLION, US DOLLARS).
The Buyer's bank shall send to the Seller's bank a unconditional irrevocable, non-transferable, divisible and confirmed Documentary Letter Of Credit.
