100's of years ago...indentured labourers were brought in from India, to cultivate a rich land 1000's of miles away. These labourers, our ancestors comprised of people from all parts of india. As years passed and generations mixed a unique blend of cooking and flavours emerged called Fiji Indian Food. Ganga Spices are an example of a young new taste of Fiji Indian Cusine. The company produces spices and indian snacks that is increasingly becoming popular both locally and with Fiji Indian Community abroad.
