Our tamarind originated from East Timor Island, Indonesia. The new harvested tamarind will be reddish colored and sourly tasted. Usually used as food ingredients or seasoning to enrich the taste of the meal. Also for the ingredients of candies or sweets. Product lasting time is approximately 6 months.
