Marmalades and jams

Our jams and marmalades are well suited for use as spreads on breads and similar products.

Marmalade contains Seville Oranges

Lemon jam contains Lisbon and Eureka lemons

Orange jam contains a blend of blood  and Seville oranges.

3 Citrus Marmalade contains grapefruit, orange and lemon.

Our products are made from the finest locally grown produce and natural cane sugar. The fruits are harvested from orchards which use our bees for pollination. Each batch is hand stirred in open stainless kettles, and does not contain any additives or preservatives. We use Seville oranges since they are better to make marmalades, being higher in pectin then sweet orange, and therefore giving a better set and a higher yield.
