variety in the flavors in that you can mix and match the muffins with the frostings for
a fantastic tasting snack or meal replacement that has literally hundreds of possible
combinations. The Frostings are fat free, sugar free and actually add to the amount of
protein you're getting as the process actually blends in Whey protein to the proprietary
blend of ingredients. Each serving has 0 fat grams, 1 carbohydrate gram and
