Biryani Masala

Biryani,biriani, or beriani  is a set ofrice-based foods made with spices, rice (usually basmati) and meat, fish, eggsor vegetables. The name is derived from the Persian word bery which means"fried" or "roasted". Biryani was brought to the IndianSubcontinent by Muslim travelers and merchants. Local variants of this dish arenot only popular in South Asia but also in Arabiaand within various Indian communities in Western countries
