chocolates Box- Mothers Day Roses

The dozen rosebud bonbons will include several fillings:dark chocolate ganache with orange zest, homemade dried apricot puree, and white chocolate ganache with a brandied dried cherry.  The box will also include 3 70% cacao leaves of Jamaican origin chocolate from farmer Ean Johnson in Islington, Jamaica who contributed the cocoa beans in exchange for our helping him build a cocoa bean fermentary.
