GREEN CHILE JELLY
New Mexican green chile peppers add just the right balance to this mildly hot/sweet jelly. Try the traditional favorite - a dollop on top of a cracker with cream cheese. Serve also as a meat condiment or glaze to with Chinese stir-fry. For a more explosive taste try our Red Chile Jelly.
