The wine jelly is produced from the actual Tishbi wines according to a range of varietals for a unique flavor in each batch.We currently have available the following varieties:Red Wine Jellies: Red Muscat, Cabernet-Petite Sirah & Port.White Wine Jellies: White Muscat & Chardonnay.They are a wonderful replacement for wine in cooking (1 Tbsp wine jelly = 1/2 Cup wine) and are amazing with desserts.
