Our salmon enjoy a wholly natural diet. Firm fleshed and strong, they are hatched and raised in areas of the sea where it is pollution-free.

As a friendly, family-run Scottish firm, we take pride in producing the freshest, tastiest smoked salmon products we know how.

I'm proud that we still use his original smoked salmon recipe, a family secret known to only a few master smokers. It gives our high quality Scottish smoked salmon a distinctive mellow flavour, prized by chefs and gourmets all over the world.

Gourmets Choice was founded around 100 years ago by my Great-Grand-Father, and is based in the beautiful fishing village of Portsoy, which is situated on the Moray Coast in the North East of Scotland.
