One solution to the national economic crunch is in-home eating, and making that task easier is the new WorldCatch line of grilled seafood, product that even a self-proclaimed non-cook can prepare at home in less than 15 minutes. The line includes: Yellowfin Ahi Tuna Steaks, Salmon Burgers, Smoky Barbecue Salmon Fillets, and several other varieties of Mahi Mahi, salmon and other seafood favorites. The items are pre-seasoned and offer an economic family-meal solution, in 12- to 16-ounce packages. WorldCatchs new grilled seafood frozen entrees will be available beginning in mid-January at select retailers.
