Argentinean Hake

With our fresh fish boats, we captured this specie between September and March. Fishing zones are near the famous ports of Mar del Plata, Puerto Madryn, Rawson and Comodoro Rivadavia.In OUR PLANT hake can be processed as frozen fillet, individual interleaved, sold in masters of 21 kilos (3x7). The fillet can be with few thorns, with or without skin.Regarding special commercial requests we also process hake as H&G (headed and gutted) and H> (headed, gutted and tailed)
