The packing should provide safety of the Goods in course of carriage.

The present contract shall come into force from the date of its signing and is valid till December 31, 2009. Regarding mutual clearings of the parties, the contract is valid until they are completed.

Bank expenses on money remittance connected with the present Contracts completion, arising in the country of the Buyer are to be covered by the Buyer, the ones arising outside the country of the Buyer are to be covered by the Seller.

The currency of payment is Euro.

The date of the payment is the date of money charging off from the account of the Buyer.

-The Buyer effects 60 % payment for the goods on the account of the Seller during three (3) days from the moment of receipt of the Invoice.

-The Seller is obliged to ship the Goods within five (5) days after the date of receipt advance payment.

-C.I.F. any Seaport in the Spain/Europe, in the terminology INCOTERMS 2000.

-Fish of Hunchback Salmon/Oncorhybchus (lat). Freezing temperature is minus 40??^oC. Packed by 2 blocks. Each bloks weight is 10 to 11 kg. Total quantity in container for 40 Feet - 36.000 kg (thirty-six thousand kilograms).
