Shawl Angora - HP

There are a whole variety of shawl, mufflers, stoles etc from the state of Himachal Pradesh, mainly made by the Bodh tribe from the Lahaul-Spiti area. They make hand woven, traditional border woven Pashmina wool mufflers. These are plain but with borders inlaid with traditional colouful geometrical patterns typical of Kulu designs woven on a mix of yak and sheep wool.
