Belt Filter Press

Belt Filter Press is a continuous-feed dewater device that applies chemical conditioning, gravity draining and mechanical pressure to dewater sludge.The sludge/slurry is sandwiched between tensioned belts and rolls. By passing those belts through a serpentine of decreasing diameter rolls, it will reduce moisture content and then dispose of the sludge cake automatically.
