Salam offers UV disinfection systems that are characterized with high intensity radiation for commercial, industrial or residential uses. These are designed for applications requiring a 99.99% reduction of bacteria and viruses. The product range include multiple lamp systems that come complete with a separate reactor and control panel design. Options include UV intensity monitoring, dry contacts and a 4-20 mA connection for remote monitoring. Systems come with lamp LED and audible alarm indication, as well as a metered timer.
Applications can include private wells, camp grounds, hotels, bottlers, aquaculture, hospitals, food, cottages, restaurants, breweries, water systems, laboratories, marine, pharmaceutical, dairies and many others.
Ultraviolet ( UV ) technology can be more effective than chemicals in destroying certain waterborne contaminants without altering the taste of water. This makes it a practical process for treating water used for drinking and food preparation.
