Field Service Terminal (FST)

The software provides for the configuration and testing of the Utility Systems Flow Limiter and Water Management Device electronic water-dispensing valves, as well as the analysis of data retrieved from these. The FST can be connected to the WMD by an infra-red communications cable, or to a Mobile Data Collector (MDC). When connected to the MDC, communications from the MDC to the WMD is via a radio ( RF ) link, offering AMR/AMC/ AMI capabilities.

Field Service Terminal (FST)
The Utility Systems Field Service Terminal (FST) is a software application designed for use with the Flow Limiter or Water Management Device (WMD) electronic water controllers. The application is available as a pre-installed package on a Windows platform notepad , together with other relevant Utility Systems software or for installation onto existing Windows based PCs/Notebooks.

The FST enables the meter reader to perform electronic infield meter testing, interrogation and configuration.
