The clear Solution is dosed in the running water before it is pumped to other header or overhead tanks. The Clear solution is dosed with the help of a diaphragm type electronic dosing pump which have twin adjustment knobs for precise dosing of the solution.
Bleaching powder in measured quantity is put in a specially designed FRP tank, fitted with geared motor and stainless steel shaft agitator for homogenious mixing and prepareation of solution in the closed FRP tank. The FRP tank has a transperrent window to view the preperation of solution and settlement of the sludge. The Tank also have a External level indicator to show the level of solution in the tank.
The water supplied in the city / locatily are treated at the source and then pumped for distribution. The water is treated for virus and bacterias, by dosing chlorine to the water to a healthy limit. Chlorine solution is prepared by mixing pure chlorine gas in water or by making a solution of BLEACHING POWDER in water. Chlorine gas handling involves high skill and is very dangerous to human life at times. The most convenient and safe way is to use BLEACHING POWDER IN WATER.
