The MYPUMP ABE-Type Submersible Sewage and Wastewater pumps are available in submersible free-standing type installation, auto-coupling type installation or dry-pit-type installation.
There are 45 models of MYPUMP ABE Type pumps to choose starting from the 0.75kw - 50mm diameter pump to the 75kw model which discharges at 500mm diameter.
On request, the MYPUMP ABE Type submersible pump can be fitted with a stainless steel cooling jacket. The cooling jacket is required for the cooling-off of the motor in dry-pit installations, and in submerged installations if the pump is not completely submerged during continuous operation.
Two primary shaft seal is made of silicon carbide. The secondary shaft seal is made of carbon/ chromium steel. The chamber between the primary and secondary shaft seal is oil-filled.
The impeller is a two-channel cast iron impeller. Cast iron is chosen as it is resistant towards mechanically wearing particles commonly occuring in this type of pump applications. The inlet side of the pump housing is fitted with a replacable wearing particle.
The shaft is made of stainless steel and rotates in maintenance-free prelubricated ball bearings. Ther lower bearing comprises a double row of ball bearings.
The pump housing and the stator housing are made of high-quality engineered cast iron. The stator housing are of dry-type and not oil-filled which requires consistent and problematic maintenance issues.
