Over Issued News Paper (OINP)

OverIssue News shall consist of sorted pressroom over issues of newspapers, must be free of strapping or twine secured hand bundles. May not contain magazines, or color inserts. Bales shall be compressed into secure uniform bundles, not to exceed 72" in any dimension any with a minimum weight of 1,000 lb.., Bale ties may be wire, strapping or appropriate bale cordage. (unless otherwise declared by individual buyers)
