Solid wastes are had to annihilate with protecting human's health according to Numbered 1593 law for Public Hygiene ,numbered 1580 law for Municipal , numbered 3030 law for Metropolis Municipal's Management, numbered 2872 Environment Laws and Bylaws for Solid Waste Management (dated 14.03.1991 and numbered 20814 Official Gazette in Turkey). Furthermore, with the exception of few Metropolis Municipal almost all other Municipals store these wastes without control in our country. Excretion of this solid wastes without control, threaten humane and environmental elements. For example; soiling drinking water with leakage waters by joining underground waters, explosion of methane gas that is accumulate in stored solid wastes, flies and smell problems.
