Scrap Recycling Equipment

The CHS shredder system is design for recycling of:

-Car Scrap
-Light Scrap
-No2 & No3 steel Scrap
-Aluminum

The heavy duty shredder is powered by induction motor which power could be from 1250 to 10000 HP. The system process through five steps: FEEDING, COMPRESSING, SHREDDING, SEPARATING, and SELECTING.

All the scraps are transfer and feed into Pre-Shredder through a steel conveyor. The double feed rollers of Pre-Shredder compresses car body flatly then deliver to Shredder. After that Shredder tears and hit those scarps into pieces. De-dusting system sort out ASR from the products and the magnetic drum brings ferrous away. The ESC separates nonferrous and waste.
