Scrap Shredder System & Non-Ferrous Separation System

The chs shredder system is design for recycling of:

-car scrap
-light scrap
-no2 & no3 steel scrap
-aluminum

The heavy duty shredder is powered by induction motor which power could be from 1250 to 8000 hp. The system process through five steps: Feeding, compress, shredding, separating, and selecting.

All the scraps are transfer and feed into pre-shredder through a steel conveyor. The double feed rollers of pre-shredder compresses car body flatly then deliver to shredder. After that shredder tears and hit those scarps into pieces. De-dusting system take out asr form the product and the magnetic drum take ferrous away. The esc separates nonferrous and waste.
