Macerator Grinding equipment

Our Reclamation System utilizes a highly specialized hammer-mill grinder to reclaim the waste material as a reusable fiber, not dust. This helps to enhance the end-product, rather than degrading its integrity. The grinders are available in four sizes to match desired reclamation volumes. The proprietary dispensing systems are incorporated into existing customer spray equipment that introduce the reclaimed material into the resin stream. The stream has been enhanced with proprietary formulations that significantly reduce styrene emissions and eliminate roll-out.
