Cogeneration Plant Waste Management

ecoWise owns and produces its electrical energy and heat (e.g steam) from renewable biomass such as wood and horticulture waste. The boiler generates 15,000 kg/hr of steam and 1MW/hr electricity from 5 t/hr of waste wood.

Biomass Cogeneration is efficient and reduces the use of non renewable fossil fuels and carbon dioxide emissions while providing an environmentally friendly source of clean and sustainable energy.

ecoWise now uses its own generated steam and electricity for its production and processes and has reduced its use of diesel and grid electricity.
