Tire Recycling Machine

The process of recycling rubber tiresinto fuel oil can be done efficiently with our machinery. Eight ton oftires, either whole or shredded, can be loaded in to the prolysismachine, which is initially heated with an external source of heat. Asthe tires begin to release their gases at 180?C, gases and heavy oil isproduced which continues as fuel for heating up to 400?C to fullyrelease the petroleum products into gas. This gas is subsequentlycooled and converted into fuel oil, or further processed bydistillation into diesel fuel with the alternate distillationequipment. This process is repeated in a 24 hour cycle.
