Post-industrial Textile Waste

We are a waste hauling company from Cebu, Philippines.  We haul non-hazardous waste from large export companies in an Exporting Processing Zone.  The bulk of this waste is tons of post-industrial textile waste good for recycling into rags, etc.  Due to the limited capacity of our city's landfill, we are looking for a company who is interested in buying this waste from us.  We can sell it you for a very, very low price as our main goal is disposal, not profit.  Although profit is good, it is not a priority for us a our main business is hauling and disposal of waste, not textile trading.  Hope to hear from you!
